in person training at studio
This option is for those training with me in person at my South Austin studio. CLICK HERE to view my studio. Sessions are 50 min long, and will cover information pertaining to the session as well as what can be worked on outside those sessions in order to advance towards your goal.

VIDEO TRAINING SESSIONS
This option is for those who want all the benefits of one-on-one training, but from the comfort of home. Just like in person training, sessions are 50 min long, and will cover information pertaining to the session as well as what can be worked on outside those sessions in order to advance towards your goal.

travel sessions
This option is for those who would prefer to do in person training at their location. For this option, I can also make equipment recommendations based on available space, budget, and program goals. Sessions are 50 min long, and will cover information pertaining to the session as well as what can be worked on outside those sessions in order to advance towards your goal.

Program design
This option is for those who would prefer to do more on their own, but need a formulated breakdown of what exactly to do and how to progress safely. For this option, you will have a three month training cycle drawn out, which will include exercises, volume, goal exertion levels, and long term macrocycle progression goals. This option also includes one session for postural assessments, which can be done in person or by video.
